All ROI calculators, TCO comparisons, integration topology previews, and Managed SLA estimators on omindtech.id are provided free of charge to assist executive budgeting and technical planning. Simulated outputs represent preliminary engineering projections based on user-supplied parameters and become binding commercial commitments only when formalized in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SoW).

Under our standard custom software engineering contracts, upon full settlement of agreed project milestones, 100% of Intellectual Property Rights (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual / HKI) and source code specifically authored for your custom business modules, workflows, database schemas, and UI designs transfer to your corporate entity—with zero recurring per-user license fees.

Open-source frameworks (such as Next.js, PostgreSQL, Linux, or Docker) remain governed by their respective permissive open-source licenses (MIT/Apache-2.0), and any pre-existing generic developer utilities utilized are granted to you under a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable enterprise license to modify and deploy anywhere.

Every SOP document, pricing structure, API credential, dataset, or operational bottleneck shared during discovery is treated as strictly confidential. Enterprise teams may generate and download a formal bilingual 3-year Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) immediately via our Security Trust Center prior to sharing internal architecture diagrams.

Visitors and automated agents interacting with omindtech.id agree not to:

• Submit forged identities, fraudulent corporate representations, or unsolicited spam payloads into public contact, career, or Mutual NDA forms.
• Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service flooding, CSRF bypasses, or scraping of protected administrative routes (/admin); legitimate security researchers should follow our Responsible Disclosure channel on /security.

Production software deliveries carry a 60–90 day post-Go-Live Hypercare Bug Warranty remediating any deviation from signed UAT specifications at zero cost. Optional post-warranty Managed Support SLAs (99.5% to 99.95% availability) are governed by explicit P1–P4 response targets and mutual limitation-of-liability caps defined in the project MSA.

These Terms and all commercial engagements with PT OmindTech Solusi Digital are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (including KUHPerdata, UU ITE, and UU PDP No. 27/2022). Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith executive deliberation (musyawarah untuk mufakat) within thirty (30) calendar days, failing which it shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction via Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) or the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
