Challenge
PT Sastro Utama Media Group is facing challenges in managing its e-commerce business spread across various marketplaces. Manual processes for recording orders, updating stock, and managing products are highly time-consuming and prone to errors. They need an integrated system to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Solution
We developed Sellin, an omnichannel platform that integrates all major marketplaces in Indonesia into a single unified dashboard. This platform provides centralized order management, automated stock synchronization, and versatile product management for more efficient operations.
Results
The implementation of Sellin has resulted in a significant reduction in order and stock management time, increased data accuracy, and the ability to identify market trends to increase sales volume. The team can focus on sales strategy and business development.

PT Bukit Multi Properti menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola berbagai operasional yang kompleks secara manual—dari penjualan tiket, akses masuk, manajemen sewa loker, hingga proses kepegawaian. Hal ini menyebabkan inefisiensi dan sulitnya mendapatkan laporan real-time.
Solution
Kami mengembangkan sistem ekosistem terpadu dengan integrasi IoT yang menghubungkan e-commerce website dengan gate turnstile, sistem POS dengan dispenser kartu, dan loker pintar. Dashboard manajemen terintegrasi memberikan kontrol penuh atas operasional properti wisata.
Results
Implementasi sistem menghasilkan automasi proses dari penjualan tiket hingga manajemen loker, mengurangi waktu tunggu pengunjung secara signifikan. Manajemen memiliki visibilitas real-time atas operasional, keuangan, dan data pengunjung untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat.

Challenge
Di tengah pandemi COVID-19, BPJS Kesehatan mengalami lonjakan pertanyaan dari jutaan peserta. Tim customer service kewalahan menangani volume pertanyaan yang sangat besar, menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama dan frustrasi di pihak peserta.
Solution
Kami mengembangkan chatbot AI dengan NLP tingkat lanjut untuk memahami pertanyaan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan akurasi tinggi. Sistem diintegrasikan dengan core banking dan dilengkapi fitur eskalasi otomatis ke agen manusia untuk kasus kompleks dengan transfer konteks penuh.
Results
AI berhasil menangani 78% inquiry tanpa intervensi manusia. Waktu respons turun dari rata-rata 15 menit menjadi 8 detik. Kepuasan pelanggan naik dari 67% menjadi 92%. Efisiensi biaya operasional CS meningkat 63% meski volume inquiry meningkat 3x lipat.
