THE WORK BEHIND THE REQUIREMENT

What to clarify before choosing a system.

01

Ticket sales and entrance checks need to connect.

Venue managers need to trace a ticket from purchase to validation on site.

02

Staff need a way to handle ticket problems.

Rules for used tickets, changed visits and connectivity issues need to be clear before hardware installation.

03

Devices must fit on-site conditions.

Gate type, connectivity, power and visitor patterns inform implementation planning.

A DAY AT WORK

One job. A connected team.

An illustrative workflow. Rules and integrations are defined with your team.

  1. 01

    Visitors & ticket sales

    Select a ticket

Define ticket types, visit dates and the purchase channels to support.

Define packages, cancellation rules and payment providers.
  2. 02

    Staff & access devices

    Check at the entrance

Staff check ticket status. Ticket problems and network disruptions need their own handling flow.

Test devices, used tickets and on-site connectivity.
  3. 03

    Venue management

    Review operations

Management needs sales and access records to review visitor operations.

Define reporting periods, permissions and discrepancy handling.

BEFORE WE START

Anything on your mind?

Talk with our team ↗

Does OmindTech deliver both the hardware (Turnstiles, Kiosks, RFID) and the software?

Hardware and software are reviewed as one workflow. Gate types, readers, connectivity and existing equipment determine procurement and integration requirements.

What happens if internet connectivity at our venue is unstable during peak weekends?

Review connectivity early. Agree and test ticket checks during outages, record storage and synchronization after reconnection at the venue.

Do you charge a commission fee per ticket sold like third-party ticketing platforms?

Review development, payment providers, devices, licences and support together. Pricing and usage rights are defined in the proposal for your system’s scope.
